A4: As usual within 2-3 weeks and some semi-assembly standard products we can quick delivery in 1-2 weeks after deposit arrived & details confirmation , actual delivery date is subject to final confirmation

Q5.What is the Payment term?
Q5:T/T. 30-50% Deposit to start the production ,the balance before the shipment after good ready and clients confirmation for quality..

Q6.What is the packing details?
A6:Knock down Packing with the carton boxes ,and inside with the pear cotton for protection. Glass parts are packed with wooden frame outsides to protect the items.

Q7. What support you will have to assemble this furniture?
A7: As usual we provide assembly instruction drawing or video, and on site installation support also available if clients required

Q8. What kind of documents we will provide to you?
A8: B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Sales Confirmation,Certificate of Original,Form-E,Chinese commodity inspection certificate, Fumigation certificate etc. with these documents you or your designated forwarder broker can do the customs declaration at destination port.

Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping, our shipping agency will try to ensure the safety of the cargos. If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problem, we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.

Q10. If there are any missing parts in our shipment, how long it takes for you to send?
A10: If there is some small missing parts or spares , we will deliver by express such as DHL to you ASAP within one week.
